Times and delivery methods
The goods are shipped through a national courier to the address specified by the Customer in the order, complete with the related transport document or shipping invoice.
The delivery times of the goods vary depending on the order placed by the Customer (whether customized or non-customized), the actual availability of the goods and how the goods are delivered. Being products made in craftsmanship, some of them may be unavailable at the time of order: in this case you will be warned on the alleged delivery date and can decide whether to confirm or cancel the order. An approximate delivery time is indicated on product sheets that may be early or delayed for reasons not directly depending on us. Shipment times must be added.
Once the shipment has been made, however, our Customer Service will send the Customer a link to the courier website with shipping details that will allow you to check the status of your order.
It is recommended that you always provide a delivery address that is manned.
In the event of repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order without any notice from the Customer, the material will remain in stock for a maximum of 5 working days. Stock costs will be charged to the addressee. In the event that the Customer does not withdraw within 5 (five) working days the goods ordered and stored in the courier’s warehouse, the order will be cancelled and in such case the Customer will be required to pay a penalty equal to the value of the order not withdrawn, except for the Seller's right to the greater damage.
N.B .: Shipping includes only on-road / ground floor delivery.
When delivering the goods the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact (not wet, perforated, folded or otherwise) and not altered in the closing tapes
In case of tampering and / or breakage of the packaging the Customer will have to write a detailed report of the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt in the "GOODS SUBJECT TO CHECK" section.
In case of obvious damage to products not yet withdrawn, the Customer may refuse delivery by indicating on the courier’s delivery receipt the reason for the failed withdrawal.
Only if damage is partial (eg: 1 package over 4 received) it is advisable to accept the delivery and write a detailed report of the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt in the " GOODS SUBJECT TO CHECK " section.
Warning: IF THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE GOODS AND SIGNS THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT WITHOUT REPORTING THE DAMAGE, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR US TO HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Once the packaging has been opened, if the contents have been damaged, it will be necessary to confirm the claim within 7 working days by:
- registered mail TO THE COURIER with the request to open a damage procedure;
- a report to our Customer Care Service by email firstname.lastname@example.org and followed by a registered letter at the following address F.lli Graziani of Massimiliano and Laura Graziani Snc, 50018 Scandicci (FI) Via San Colombano n. 173;
To protect against occult abnormalities (not visible in a closed box), we advise the Customer to open the packaging and check the integrity of the goods before signing the shipping document and dismissing the operator.
Customer Service may require photographic documentation of the received packs as well as the proven damage.
It is also possible to pick up the ordered goods directly at our warehouses, saving the delivery costs. When the products are ready for pick-up, the Customer will receive an email and will be able to collect the goods during the specified time.
The Customer can also send a third party or a courier to collect the products, provided that the person authorized is provided with written proxy of the Customer and a photocopy of a valid ID.
The Customer is required to collect the products from our warehouse within 15 working from the availability date, unless different prior agreements made with Customer Service. After 15 days, a reminder email will be sent to the Customer. From this moment, the Customer will have an extra 15 days to collect the goods and once this term has elapsed, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be required to pay a penalty equal to the value of the order not collected, except for the Seller's right to the greater damage.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the system when the order is placed and the profile has been completed with the shipping address and will vary according to the size and weight of the ordered items.
Shipping costs do not include any customs or local taxes.
